How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products sold through Trail Grid Pro carry the original manufacturer's warranty. We also provide technical support for any installation questions.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
